What is your return policy?
Strictly NO returns accepted or refunds of downpayment. However, we give FREE repairs for any misprint or wrong size orders.
What are the payment options?
We accept cash payments, cheque payment, COD for companies as long as you submit a Purchase Order. For orders online, we accept payments via PSBank, Security Bank, LBC, Palawan Express, Western Union and PayPal.
How much is your layout fee?
No softcopy/ layout of design should pay layout fee (price starts from P150.00 depending on complexity). No layout meaning (draft on paper, no ideas yet, very low resolution and needs Re-Layouting)
What are the file types you accept?
.jpeg, .png, .cdr, .psd
Ordering Agreement
All transactions in PHP. No verbal orders. All orders must be made inside the store, official email, official facebook page or made through our online official order form.

For online orders and walk-in clients, we require at least 50% down payment as confirmation of order.

Down payments are acknowledged by an Offical Receipt or Sales Invoice. Remaining balance should be paid in full upon claiming or delivery of products.
